Bollywood Movies and songs are internal Part of our Indian culture. So it's only natural that we let it slowly seep into the untouched-so-far territory of management education. Here is the MBA Bollywood unplugged for you:

Bollywood, Hindi film Industry is not just creating a Masala Movies but also providing a life message to us. Some of the movies are providing a great inspiration to us and also reflect the ever changing society of the India.

Movies like Chak de India, lagan, Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar are good example of Management Movies.

Here are the few example of Bollywood Movies with their respective Management Funda:

Chak De India ---  leadership
Jo Jeeta Wohi Sikandar --- Motivation
Laagan--  Spirit to Fight, Entrepreneurship, Leadership
Mathan- Entrepreneurship,Rural Management

Not only the Bollywood Movies but even the Songs are showing a perfect implication of various management Fundas. You can may recall a time of your admission for MBA Degree, this can be relate to Bollywood songs "Aise waise ko diya hai, Kaise kaison ko diya hai, Mujhko bhi tu lift kara de"

After Getting first rejection for the Admission:
"Zindagi Kaisi Hai Paheli Haay, Kabhi Ye Hansaye Kabhi Ye Rulaye"

After Getting Admission to the College:

"Aaj main upar aasman niche, Aaj main aage zamaana hai piche"

Wait......We have still got our admission in MBA College. Bollywood Movies songs are even having a great implication for management theory that is being taught to us in our class room. Yes, it is true; you may find various example of for the same. Here I have listed some songs along with the management term its depicts.

"Chand ko tod dungi suraj ko mod dungi
tu ek baar jo ha kar de main pehla wala chod dungi"

Movie name: Shaddi No 1 and Management Term:  Brand Switching

"Tujhe dekha.. Toh yeh jaana sanam.. Pyaar hota hai Deewana.. sanam.. Tujhe dekha toh yeh jaana sanam" 
Movie Name: Dil wala Dhulahniya lejage and Management Term: Brand Loyalty

"Ladki kyu ladko si nahi hoti"
Movie Name: Hum Tum and Management Term: Perception

"Sau saal phele mujje tumshe pyaar tha, mhuje tumshe pyaar hai, aur bhi rahega"
Movie Name: Pyar Kisi Se Hota Hai (1961) and Management Term: Brand Loyalty

"Paisa Paisa Kyu Karti Kyu paise par tu marti hai"
Movie Name: Dang dana dang and Management Term: Financial Management
