Settlement of industrial disputes is very necessary to improve the industrial relation in an organization rise an growth of trade union evolve a device are collective bargaining to resolve dispute by negotiation between two parties with out the help of any arbitrator.
   Collective bargaining is a process in which representatives are two groups meet and attempt to negotiate on agreement which specifies the nature of feature relations between the two.
   The Wagner Act gives the legally authorized labor repetitive the right to bargain for all employees in it’s judicial whether members of a union or not the idea of collective bargaining originated in a writings of “Sydney and Beatrice Webb”: towards the end of 19th centaury they were the first once to use the term in 1981.
