Tips for Capital Market and Cooperate Law paper
« on: April 20, 2014, 10:39:25 AM »
Hello Friends:

Today i will share the tips for Capital Market and Cooperate Law Paper Number 13 with you.

  • Please refer at least one reference book for this subject. This is because this subject require deep understanding of the subject.
  • If you mastery in practical Subject then go for Capital Market portion or else concentrate on Law.The Cooperate Law is fully theroy subject.
  • I advise you to prepare for the Law subject from the Ppt presentation available at our website, because in Law generally questions is asked for 2 or 4 marks questions, which can be easily prepared from the ppt itself
  • If you can afford then please buy the following books:
  • Please remember it is very difficult to score marks in Capital Market Papers.Atleast one question would be such that you will feel like it is almost impossible to solve this problem.of course you can skip that question as a "OR" and attempt other questions
  • Refer Scanner for objective Question. It is enough for the Objective type questions.
  • Please don't forget to refer the practical problem of Capital Market from Scanner and insitute module. Most of the time problem are directly asked from the Institute module or past year questions
  • For law paper you can refer my tips on Industrial law paper of Inter. The syllabus is almost same only the difficulty  of the paper is increased. (Frankly speaking i did not find any thing new in the Law paper of Final. In my opinion it is same as inter)
  • Please concentrate more on Cooperate Governance.Generally 15 marks questions is asked from the same.

In Law paper you have to attempt 'Question One' compulsory and any two from rest.If you clearly analysis the paper then One completely 15 marks question would be from last few chapters of Cooperate Goverance and besides this there will be 2 or 3 marks objective question from Cooperate Governance chapter. So be well prepared last few chapters and score around 20 marks.
  • Scanner or last year questions is must for the Cooperate Governance.
  • If you hate Capital Market then planning to skip it completely then in that case i advise you to go through the first two chapter of the capital market for theory portions. Of course third chapter is the most important chapter for the Capital Market subject but even thoughest chapter from the remaining chapters
  • Prepared well for the Third Chapter of Capital Analysis that is Capital market Analysis.
  • You can take the help of your Friend doing MBA in Finance.Remember there are master in this subject.
I know the above tips are not enough to clear the exam, but in case of Capital Market and FM paper there is no shortcut for clearing the exam.Only hard work will make help you to clear the exam.

Of course if you have any query related to Capital Market then feel free to contact me.I will try to make you understand the concept in the simple language.

First of stop thinking negative and like a dumb.

Sorry but i has to used this word to make you understand that nothing is impossible.

I know the book is bulkly, but did you observed the thing that 25% weigthed is for 75 page of corporate part.

So 25 marks for 75 page and 75 marks for remaining 900 page. So if you prepare well the 25% of the portion well then you have to score only 25 out of remaining 75 marks.

So ravi, READ 70 PAGE TO SCORE 25 MARKS.It is too few page, isn't it???

Always thing positive.

And wait one more advise to you.If you will observe then you will find the corporate goverance is totally a theoritical paper, where capital market is a pratical paper.

So prepare well the practical part of capital market. Going ahead, last year pratical question are generally repeated for the capital market papers.

To sum up:1) 25 marks of corporate law2) Going ahead, out of this 70 page of corporate law, almost 90% is for first 35 page of corporate law chapter.3) almost 80% out of 75 marks of capital mart is for pratical questions of last years

total 25+60= 85 marks, you can score by just reading last year pratical question from scanner and rtp and 70 page of corporate goverance.

Now, tell me how easy it is?

If you like my tips then please refer this website to your friends and do some neeful.
I also request you to share your tips because today whatever you are getting is been shared by your senior in pasat. So please share for your juniors.

All the best.
